Norbert has more than 30 years of global hotel industry experience in SE Asia, the USA and Europe. He is a graduate of the renowned Centre International de Glion in Switzerland and has held senior management positions with such notable groups as Ian Schrager Hotels, Omni and Four Seasons in New York City and Shangri-La, Mandarin Oriental and IHG in Asia Pacific.
Since 2008, Norbert has been instrumental in developing Archipelago’s nine hotel brands making Archipelago International the largest independent hotel management company in SE Asia with an underlying portfolio of more than 200 hotels and a growing international pipeline including high profile projects in Malaysia, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Cuba.
Archipelago’s brand collection covers upscale 5 and 4 star hotels with the ASTON, ALANA and HUXLEY brands, luxury pool villas with KAMUELA and midscale to select service hotels with the HARPER, QUEST, FAVEHOTEL and HOTEL NEO brands as well as a trendsetting hostel brand called NOMAD.

Fenady Uriarte handles the Business Development Management of Southeast Asia for STR. She has over 12 years of experience in hospitality and real estate with global brands such as Mandarin Oriental Group, Las Vegas Sands Corporation, Raffles Hotel Singapore and Century Properties Group Inc. A graduate of Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication in De La Salle University, Fenady has Certifications in Revenue Management from Cornell University and Hotel Industry Analytics from American Hotel and Lodging Association.
She also recently completed Advanced Management Program (AMP) in Hospitality Management at Nanyang Technological University and a course on Valuing Hotel Investments through Effective Forecasting from Cornell.

Andrew Langdon joined Accor in 2019 as Senior Vice President Development Asia. In this role Andrew supervises the development functions for all 38 plus Accor hotel brands throughout Asia.
Previously, Andrew was the Global Chief Development Officer of Movenpick Hotels & Resorts, responsible for the group’s hotel development strategy worldwide. He was directly responsible for the nearly fourfold increase in the hotel development pipeline of Movenpick. In September 2018 Accor completed the acquisition of Movenpick Hotels & Resorts.
Andrew has a well-established record of accomplishment throughout the Asian region. Over 25 years of diverse property experience, the majority specialising in the hospitality sector, particularly in hotel management, franchise and lease agreements, asset management, capital markets, investment, financing and development.
Prior to joining Accor and Mövenpick, Andrew was an Executive Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Hotels and Hospitality Group in Asia. He is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences and universities, and the author of published articles on the hotel and tourism industry.
Andrew graduated in his native Australia from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Business and he is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

James brings to his position 27 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to being the Country Manager of Chroma Hospitality, Inc., James has worked as the Area General Manager, overseeing the properties under the Crimson and Quest brands.
